Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with [Wholesale Flower Business]. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your options in case you need to return or exchange your order:

  1. Quality/damaged order: We guarantee the freshness of our flowers upon delivery. If you receive flowers that are not fresh or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and videos via email. We may require the return of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will incur a 70% fee of the sale price of the cancelled goods. Since Quality Flower Wholesaler (QFW) mainly prepay their suppliers, it is very difficult to cancel the orders with them. Wherever QFW can cancel with the suppliers we will let you know and the fee will be waived but as a general rule 70% fee will be payable upon cancellation.
  3. Return Shipping: If you need to return items due to our error or because they arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
